Annual Meeting

The Annual Meeting of members shall be held at such time between June 1 and October 31 of each year, and at such place in the area served by the Cooperative as the Board of Directors shall by resolution designate, for the purpose of electing Directors, passing upon reports for the previous fiscal year and transacting such other business as may come before the meeting.
