Auto Pay Program

What if I would like my payment drawn from my bank account or charged to my Visa or Mastercard each month?

The Auto Pay Program withdraws your electric payment from your checking account or charges your Visa or Mastercard once each month. You will still receive a bill, but it will state *** Memo Only – Do Not Pay ***

If your bill is presently due on the 20th, then your payment will be withdrawn from your checking account or charged to your card on the 18th or Next Banking Day. If your bill is presently due on the 13th, then your payment will be withdrawn from your checking account or charged to your card on the 11th or Next Banking Day. 

How do I set up the Auto Pay Program?

To start our Auto Pay Program simply log on to SmartHub, click Billing & Payments, click Auto Pay Program and set up your payment method. Click here to enter our SmartHub portal. If you are a new user click “Sign up to access our Self Service Site”. Once you’ve signed in, click Billing & Payments, then click Auto Pay Program and set up your payment method.

It will take one billing cycle for the Auto Pay Program to be in place. You will know when your automatic payment is working because your statement will say ***Memo Only – Do Not Pay***.
