What if I would like my payment drawn from my account?

The Automatic Payment Plan withdraws your electric payment from your checking account once each month after you have had time to look at your bill. You will still receive a bill, but it will state "BANK DRAFT DO NOT PAY."

If your bill is presently due on the 20th, then your payment will be withdrawn from your checking account on the 18th.

How do I set up the automatic payment plan?

To start out the automatic payment plan simply contact Laclede Electric Cooperative for the registration form. It will take one to two billing cycles for the Automatic Payment Plan to be in place. You will know when your automatic payment is working because your statement will say "BANK DRAFT DO NOT PAY".
