Budget Billing

Laclede Electric Cooperative offers its members a Budget Billing Program. With this program bills are averaged over a 12-month period. Members must make an application to be on this program.

Requirements are:

1. Must have been served at the requested location for 12 months.
2. No delinquent payments or more than three late payments in the current one year period.
3. Must be a residential account.
