Employees from Laclede Electric Cooperative donated nearly $2,200 to the American Red Cross to support the disaster relief efforts for those impacted by Hurricanes Harvey and Irma. Donations were made through payroll deduction.
“Texas and Florida experienced unprecedented flooding due to Hurricanes Harvey and Irma. We wanted to provide our employees an opportunity to support the victims through the disaster relief efforts being provided by the American Red Cross,” said Marc Roecker, CEO / General Manager. “I could not be more pleased to be associated with such an incredible group of men and women. Not only do these folks work day in and day out to meet our members’ needs, but they have a greater calling to give back.”
